will 2dr corners fit a sedan?

i bought some ebay amber corners and noticed that they were for a 2dr but i didnt think that the lights wouldnt fit. i know other body parts wont but anyway sombody let me know please, id appreciate it.

they wont fit the hatch fenders are different where the corner inserts

sedan has an extra lip under the lights than the hatch
