ok heres the deal, i own a 89 civic si and it was rainning super hard yesterday, i had to run out and do somethings, i found out that my freakin a/c,heater,defroster didnt work. for some reason, i let my uncle check it out we checked all the fuses, they were fine. everytime we'd push the switch to on it would make a pop noise at the relay. i have no idea whats wrong with it, anyone knows whats wrong? or any suggestions?

mot likely a short, if you're popping the fuse everytime.
Though if you replace the fuses with those of incorrect ratings. It also does that, replace all your fuses with the same rating

 

i used a power tester, the fuses seems fine. im like super confused on whats wrong.
