I have 93 prelude it wont spark tryed changing coil and igniter both did not solve problem tryed rotor butten dist cap nothing works fuses are good im thinking it might be ecu if any ideas let me know!!!

 

I would check the main relay under the dash on the drivers side, it should be a big brown relay with wires going into it before you do the ecu.

 

Out of curiousity, how are you telling that there isn't any spark?

 

I pulled spark plug out pluged it in to the boot grounded it no spark and can hold it with my hands doesnt zap me !!! I also tryed my friends ecu out of his prelude still no spark!!! I will check that relay tomorrow could it be pickup coil?

 

I got it fixed it was the bottom have of the dist !!!

 

what was the problem?

 

the distributer was bad !!
