so the head on ma single is bad so im deciding to put a vtec head but i need help installin ...

There's tons of threads on different head and block combos. check out the FAQ at the top of this forum and you'll find a couple of them. You can also do a search for mini-me swap and you'll find a ton more. Some other sites have good info and write-ups if you can't find answers to help you.
