this is the best bead i could get .. dont mind the contamination and other stuff on the other parts i was just facking around..


this was a root pass with no filler..

naa its just the place in my apartment with the most light.

 

The front most area doesnt look bad (below the holes). Were you shooting for 100% pen.? Look on the inside for verification. Might be hard to tell if you didnt purge though.

 

i got penetration on the backside.. just not full penetration there are still some areas where there is a gap but mostly its good..

and yea the holes is where i contaminated the tungsten by touching the piece.. oh well.. im just talking about the front part anyways cause i did that around most of the backside as well
