Default Tranny or clutch problem?

i have a 91 ef with a b16a full swap, i was driving one day and i felt like the clutch was slipping when driving like it was harding to start off in first, and eventually while driving home in 5th the car just felt like it was in neutral and and it starting reving. I parked it and got it towed home but it goes into gear fine but the shifter when in neutral going side to side feels like its grinding on something like its not put together well i dont see what the problem is caz the swap is brand new and i baby the hell out of the car i dont care for speed i just need to know where to go or start. Also with the axles, if i lowered my two front coilovers and tried to drive the axles start to click but when raised to normal height theyre fine and driveable no noise at all.. any suggestions?

did you replace the clutch when you did the swap or was it a used clutch?

I would say the clutch pads are coming apart from the disk.

i just bought the hatch i had a coupe before and i miss it lol but the guy put the swap in and sold it and he said the clutch came with the motor..no ac or ps but i recently did the rear brakes caz i was driving and the brake pedal went to the floor caz of terrible rear brakes i wasnt told before buying but i was told i might need to replace the brake master cylinder caz of fluid that leaked in the rear drus but all thats done and replaced so i was wondering if that had nething to do with the clutch problem also..its a cable clutch
