Default another code 43, changed o2 thrice...no dice yo

ahhhhhhhhh

im still getting a code 43
only code that pops up. most people say it doesnt affect the way the car drives. but mine runs like total ****. most threads ive seen they just changed the o2 and every thing was fine.....not mine

pre dying:
91 si. d16y7(jdm zc) swap
things that were done to the car before the build v2.0
swap, ngk blues, mild tuck, xenocron obd0>1 jumper, p06 ecu, td-41u d15 obd1 dist, p08 intake manifold with b16 tb. map under dash, intake, header, stock fuel pump, tank etc.

ok it died one night stranding my wife and I and our 2 kids (2month old too) at a gas station. poped up code 43 and wouldnt restart

things I did when I tore it down.

completely stripped the harness and re ran everything (heatshrink, solder) new plugs where i could. new plugs/wires, timing belt water pump head gasket. full re-gasket. 3 different O2 sensors, brand new distributor, new iacv, fitv, gsr tb w/ tb mounted map. new tps everything within range. new FRIGGIN gas tank, lines where i could, new walbro 190 fuel pump, 3 regulators, im sure theres more

im about to pull my hair out

Isn't code 43 for fuel supply system or something? If so, changing the O2 sensor won't clear that. How are your fuel filter and fuel rail?

Seems there could be a lot of different things to make a code 43 pop.
Everything from vacuum leaks, IACV, O2, MAP, air filter, ECU, cracked injectors... anything that can affect fuel.

Only things you didn't seem to check out of the more common issues are the injectors.

May also want to try clearing the ECU between attemping to fix the problem.

Have you pulled them since the problem to see if they cracked? Or tested them to see if any are stuck open.
I guess it would be best if you had a donor set to swap out and check.

I'd check fuel pressure. That would be a good place to start. A bad O2 won't cause a car not to start, it may get bad gas mileage and may stumble a bit, but not like you're explaining.
Do the fuel pressure test, check your injectors and let us know what you find. Sorry man, hate when cars do this.

Like I said, I'm thinking it has something to do with the injectors. You said it runs like ****? Maybe the injectors are not doing it's job. Could be bad or cracked.

try a different ecu.

cause it says code 43 has 3 different meanings, fuel supply, and 2 other things that lead to o2 circuitry.

dont know what that means. but id try a different ecu.

i cleared the ecu. restarted with the line pinched. ran great with the line pinched. but it still threw the code 43. so i put a p28 in it and let it run for a while and it only threw 21 and 22 immediately. so it looks like the ecu. going to try my bros p06 when he gets off work. another thing i tested for voltage at the o2 plug with my p06 and i didnt get anything. didnt test with the p28 cause i had to put the plug back thru the harness hole in the bottom of the fire wall. but no 43 out of the p28
