Default ground control question please help!

i just got my ground controls with custom rates. i always thought that the first numbers on the springs were the rates. mine say 200 front and 180 rear. is this true because if it is then they are not the rates i got. just trying to figure this out. thanks for any replys.

the convention of eibach springs is three digits of "length.diameter.rate"
so a 7", 2.5", 400" spring would look like "700.250.400"

HOWEVER, the STOCK (non custom) kits they sell are marked COMPLETELY different, and dont seem to make any sense on their own to me. i do know for the CRX kit, its 350f/250r but its not labelled in any way that says so.
