Default Big gap between my rear bumper and bottom of the tail light....fix needed

1993 Del Sol Si....

Everything on my rear bumpers were tighten however there is still a half inch gap between the bumper and right side tail light (bottom). I have to push up the rear bumper to close the gap. There is no hole or clip nearby to tighten it. I think I can glue them to close the gap.

What kind of glue (brand name) should I use to fix this?
Or do you recommed doing something other than gluing?
Please remember that there is nothing to screw underneath the tail light and bumper's end was tightend with bolts and washers I bought from a hardware store.

Dont glue it youll regret that. The bumper is probably warped from heat. You could try having someone heat it while you hold it in place.
