Default water/oil and rust

so i have a shortblock i left outside durign a couple days of rain. when i cracked it open and dissassembled it. it has a bunch on water/oil mix in the pan and pickup. mains are a tad rusted.

is there anything to clean this up or is the block a complete loss.

ive been using orange cleen on the pan and its coming back. used some brakcleen.

wd-40 and some elbow grease....are the journals rusted or just the sides of the caps?
