Default Interior buzzing

so lately i have noticed a bit of buzzing while at highway speeds from the passenger side door area. now that it snowed it even worse. i folded down the glove box found nothing loose. then i came across this piece with the vents was very loose and believe its my problem. does anyone know how to remove this piece. feels like it would pop off but no luck.

open the door and check the gasket/sealent around the small quater panel glass........it must be leaking some air or some air must be forcing its way in through the old/settled/squeshed gasket.......

to remove that vent you just stick your fingers in the vent and lift... mine come out real easy... on the back of that vent you'll find a wide white sticker with black numbers and letters. If your part is anything like mine the sticker was stuck on there half assed and came loose making a buzzing noise. take it off or stick it back good... then pop the vent back in.

I lifted out the plastic piece and pressed the sticker down. It worked pretty well, but I guess it came undone again because now the sound is different but localized around the same area so now I know what it is. I'm not all to sure on how important that label is, but I may just remove it all together.
