do not deal with DJMATIX. He sells things and then renegs on the sale
after buying a turbo charger from DJMatix, he reneged on the deal AFTER we open escrow, sent a check and had a clean deal. He cost me 83 dollars for express mail shipping, escrow services and cashiers check

It wasnt greensol that opened the escrow account, it was his father who caused this whole mess. If it wasnt for his father, he would have had the turbo kit right now, but by opening the escrow acocunt, and having to wait 2 or 3 weeks, I was able to find out that it wouldnt fit his car. I offered to make this an ebay transaction so he would feel confident which would have sped the whole thing up, and guarenteed it for him, and none of this would have happend. He sent the cancelation notice through escrow himself, and was fine with it. I have attached that email also below. Consider the 83 dollars expierenece bought, and grow up. Also, tell your father to stay out of your buisness and maybe you will get somewhere in life. The whole purpose of the escrow service was to make sure you didnt lose 1900 dollars, which you didnt. I posted pictures of it, I had vouchers who know me. So do yourself and everybody else a favor and learn to deal with things yourself. Here is the email his father sent me.
here is the email I was sent after I told them that it wouldnt fit:
Matt
Thanks for the email and finding out the intercooler piping would not fit. The escrow company requires that both parties agreee to the cancellation. I recieved an email from IES and agreed to the cancellation. IES also sent you and email to "agree" to the cancellation. Please agree so that Brendan can get his money back from escrow.
Thanks again and sorry we couldnt do business.
Dee and Brendan
and here is the email that I was sent after agreeing to the cancelation:
Matt..
I see that you have agreed to the cancellation...even though Brendan and I emailed you, called your room mate and did everything to make this transaction work. I assume that you sold the turbo kit locally....and just made up the excuse about the piping to cancel the transaction. I told Brendan as much when you were so eager to cancel the deal without checking if the extra money to install would be ok with us.
Brendan and I went to a lot of trouble to make this work. We started escrow, paid a $60 fee to escrow (non refundable), paid $15 bucks to send the cashiers check express mail, and also paid $8 for the cashiers check. Thats a total of $83 dollars you cost us by reneging on the deal.
Make no mistake, I am forwarding all this information to ebay unless we receive a check from you for the $83.00 That may not seem like a lot of money to you, but to a 17 year old fine young man who worked all summer to buy your turbo kit, it was a painful lesson in integrity.

As I'm learning, deals with noob's seem to go bad very frequently. They don't have the personal knowledge/experience to keep themselves out of trouble, and thereby create problems for others. I try to only deal with those that can fend for themselves and don't have parents making the uneducated decisions for them.

But FYI Ebay does not guarantee diddly. If he won an auction from you, paid you, and you gave him nothing, they do not care.
ALSO-Same with Paypal. If you try to get your money back from someone, Paypal will try once to get it from them. The only thing is...they will only take money from that person's Paypal account. If it's empty, you get nothing, ever.

exactly no insurance on ebay unless the seller has 0 rating and it is only up to 200 dollars last i checked, other than that, you are on your own. Just a bunch of youngins' still depending on daddy to bail them out when they screw up.
to djmatrix for standing up for yourself.
