OK, i went to honda dealer for trany oil manual they have it there for 13.50$ a quort and its i think the new kind

autozone had penzoil syncromesh for 8.50 a quort, i have d16z6 tranny works great 300,000+ miles, which one "?

yea I noticed they got new fluid, didn't buy it. just seen the color change. If the trans is good I put in all honda fluid, if it's acting up between shift I mix syncromesh and honda. Syncromesh is little more dense but it works good straight too. I only use it straight if trans is completly messed up.

I used penzoil syncromesh on my y8 tranny, honda tranny oil is good as well. Its up to you.

no royal purple, it's junk. I've seen good transmissions start grinding gears after people put that **** in, change it back to oem and it's all good.
