Default What to use for cleaning clock?

Just bought a clock for my eg hatch from junkyard, and the lense is a bit smeared lookin, i tried to clean it with alcohol but no luck, it still gives off that look of blurry spots here and there... anyone got any hints on what i could use to make that plastic piece look like brand new??
