a weird problem

Icon2 a weird problem

well its been cold here lately and snowing when this problem came about..... 94 Honda civic ex coupe, it seems that my instrument panel,tail lights, license plate light fuse goes
out every time i shut my car off and when i turn my can on it does not work for about 10 min or until my car gets warm..... im so confused because the fuse is never blown but it just takes a while for all the stuff to work any suggestions or help here

( i am also running oem fog lights and they are not working with the other stuff)

please shoot meet in some directions for help,thanks people.

well for your tail lights and stuff may sure you check all your fuses for one in the inside and in the hood. if is not that check your tail light bulbs plug in make sure it is all pluged in properly and check your ground it is probly located in the trunk around there cause mine was and the same **** happend to me.

As for your fog lights,
1)make sure that you have good ground.
2)Clean your battery so when you connet your possitive cable it will light up properly.
3)make sure every other wire is were its suppost to be.
4)There is a yellow wire that should be installed to the little rectengular plastic compartment to the left of the steering wheel "you know were the switch is to level out the dimnes of the lights" well remove the plastic switch box with a flat head screwdriver gentlly and the little pieces of plastic should slit right off and you can replace it with the fog light switch.

I would suspect ground connections, possibly loose or corroded.
