Default Windshield Washer fluid pump(motor)

I have a 1994 Civic EX. I am pretty sure the motor(pump) is not working. I can not hear it so I assume it is not plugged lines. I have a really crappy manual that is of no help. Where exactly is the pump located? Is it fairly easy to replace?

Thanks

The pump is attached to the bottom of the washer bottle behind the left end of the front bumper.

Thanks. I will take a look and see if there is corrosion or a loose lead. Is it fairly simple to replace?
