no shaft play at all , it was only used for one dyno day.

It is a GT4288 from a volvo truck. the "71" stamping is more than likely for the A/R on the cold side. you *will* need to swap the exhaust housing, since it is not T4 and set up for an engine that is around 14 liters and a diesel.
