Default Ford taurus cup holder install help in 94 civic ex coupe (pic)

This is not my vehicle. I am planning on installing one but not sure if you have to alter the cup holder or din slot. If you have done this sucessfully. Please describe in great detail on how you did this.

it's simple in the back of the cup holder it'll stick out a little too far so all you have to do is trim about and 1" or 1" 1/2 off and your done....

it is a normal din sized coin/cup holder and it is held in by the ford spring clips on both sides of it. it is removed by placing ford radio removal tools in the holes on each side and spreading them apart and pulling. As stated above you have to lightly trim some plastic and it fits perfect. Very simple, Very Easy

How is that a strange question? its pretty straightforward to me. Or maybe your just trying to belittle the OP, by acting like you came out of the womb knowing everything?
