hid in foglight

Default hid in foglight

does it plug and play or i have rig up the wires???

it depeneds.. on wat kinda kit u get.. sumtines it comes with the kit so u can just plug and play i bought 5 hids for a couple of cars ive owened everything well my 04 mazda 6 it was a l=plug n play my 06 nissan frontiers was a plug and play my 06 altima iwas a plug n play my 95 civic i had to cut it.. i got all my hids from ebay..

i got h3 bulb hid and want to put it in my 2000 civic ek fog

On that fog light the h3 hid bulb wont fit in the housing the bulb is longer in the back than the stock bulb. you will have to drill a hole in the metal back plate on the lamp and then seal it up with silicone.

damn then why people keep telling it will fit and crap on here and other website.

If any part of the foglight is weak plastic it'll melt.

my fog is made out of metal and glass no plastic here.

more of the 96-98 have plastic fog lamp.

in the end i cover the hole with a round plastic piece that came off my hid bulb holder.
