can a type s trans fit into a 97 base model preldue?

bluw trans want to put in a 5 speed found a type sh trans for sale i was wondering if it would fit into my base 97 prelude do you u guys know?

I believe the SH and S trannies have ATTS. Not sure if that effects fitment but it's just a thought. And I'm sure you could search and find your answer quicker than asking.

base modle tranny will not fit type sh with out moddification
