d15z1 cam upgrade?

i was wondering how can i get more power out of my d15z1?
cuz i know their pretty weak. and does anyone know how much power they actually put out? what cam could i swap into the z1?

So far as I know nothing swaps in. Theres really not much you can do with that engine.

buy a d16z6 head and crower stage 2 n/a camshaft for it

No. It'll run worse than it does now. The D15Z1 uses dished low compression pistons. If you use a D16Z6 head, it drops the compression WAY down.

how can i tell its a d15 head? cuz i know for sure its a d1z1 block but im not to sure about the head!
