I am sorry, I compeltely missed your first reply
The FX300 and FX400 have close enough torque capacity, the kevlar on FX300 will give you longer life versus ceramic, BUT ceramic are able to take more abuse than the kevlar.
I feel very comfortable with 200-275 ft/lb for FX300 and 300 ft/lb for FX400
