I was going to guess Borbet CF but these have the lugs covered by the centercap and the Borbet wheels have the lugs exposed. Are they OEM from another car? There's too much background in that picture and not enough focus on the wheel - what does the centercap on these say?

They look like cheap wheels from the local tire store to me.
