Default 1993 accord ex

Does anyone know if the 1993 accord ex has a plug in for a block warmer for the winter? Thanks for the help!

It did NOT. However, you may find some installed as a dealer installed option in Northern Climates.
There are (however) alternatives. Available you will find Electrical block pre-heaters which:
Mounts in place of one of the Block's Freeze Plugs OR
Mounts spliced into one of the heater hoses.

The Block mounted ones operate from thermal convection (Hot water trys to rise, thus initiating flow)
The Hose mounted type usually incorporate a small circulator pump
