Default CTR power to folding mirror

Is it possible to convert power folding CTR mirrors to manual folding mirrors? Reason I ask is because a buddy of mine has a set, but he doesn't have any of the switches, wires, or the button. Just the plain mirrors, and I didn't want power anyway, so was wondering if i could somehow use the power folding mirrors and switch it to manual folding ones by attaching the existing control **** already in the stock mirrors in my hatch. Anyone know? I wanna get them, he's selling it for dirt cheap.

You don't have to make it power, you can adjust the mirror by just pushing at it.

Buy the power mirrors from your buddy.

Sell them online.

Buy manual mirrors.

Install on your car.

Pocket any extra cash.
