i need the flbs torque specs for the motor..cant seem to find them anywhere...torque specs from valve covers all the way through...any help is appreciated

do i really need to buy the book??and 98vtec i think the links show the diagrams but my computer wont open them...can someone just tell me the specs for some basic motor stuff like valvecover, vtec controller, distributor, also do i use silicone for basically everthing?

 

Yes, you need that. There's also pdf version of this book. Just take a look around.
