finished my h2b f20b in my 99si but have a problem
Anyone ever figure out how to run the 3 wire F20B IAC off a two wire harness?
once i figure out this it'll be done. the cel i'm getting is a 14 ivac. when i turn the car on
it just keeps reving up till i turn the car off around 4 grand. has anyone ever had this happen to them?

yup go on ebay and order a odb1 h22a1 intake manifold with iacv plug and play. they came with the two wire. i would recomend getting it with the TB too it was bigger than the F20b and it had the firewall mounted MAP.
what ecu are you running? running any other ecu other then oem or a chiped one is not a option. the f20b requires a ton of advaced timing and i dont think there is a factory ecu set up like that. it'll be fine to drive around just be easy or you will blow it till you get it tuned.
OMG what happend to your valve cover. its the wrong color. you need to go on passwordjdm and get a blue one.

i dont remember exactly what years i think its 92-96 h22 but anyways that intake manifold/motor should work. look at on of your buddies ludes and see if it is 2 wire im not sure.
Im running phearable with chrome and it runs like a champ. im not to good at drag but i pulled 14.5 consistently on street tires full interior 4dr. i need to learn how to stage better.

you dont have to switch intake manifolds.
this is what i did and it worked perfectly fine

yea or you could do that. my bad should have looked further into that. when i did mine. i just dont know if a p28 or another obd1 ecu could run a 3 wire. thats why i just swaped IMs

OBD1 intake (92-96 Prelude) would work, but I believe Rosko makes an adapter to fit a 2-wire IACV on an OBD2 manifold. EuroR / Junk2 is also an option.
