does anyone make a aftermarket helmholtz resonator, i made custom exhaust and kept the section that had the helmholtz resonator and the car doesnt have any drone, so i really want a aftermarket one so i can get rid of that small section of pipe left from the helmholtz. i dont want to cut it off because i would like to put the stock exhaust back together so i can put it back on when i get sick of the exhaust.

 

I don't know if they make aftermarket ones, if I'm not mistaken it's just a capped tube. The one thing that you might have to consider is the length of the Helmholtz resonator, as exhaust pressure, volume, length, the diameter of the aftermarket exhaust, etc, will be different, so that will definitely effect it's resonance.
