Default Wagner Truview bulbs in an EP3 (Pictures for reference)

This is what Wagner TruView bulbs look like in my EP3. They are completely stock legal wattage and I get mine from my work (NAPA) and they sell for about 25 or so dollars for the pair. They work really well and are a really white light. People are always flashing their lights at me and they look totally sick from a distance cause of how white they are.

They also seem to last way longer than Silverstars.

Here are the pictures. These are low beam too.

On the second picture they are kind of glaring onto the camera phone to make it look really blinding. Also he took the picture at a lower angle which kind of puts them right in your face. They are really that white though and with the not so white eyebrow light it gives it a mean look!

I love my HID's but I wouldn't mind those for the price. I don't even worry about getting pulled over because they're too bright because so many cars have them stock nowadays the cops around my area don't even fret about it anymore unless you have some crazy color or something. Even when I had yellow bulbs I never got in any trouble.
