1997 Civic EX full 99 EM1 Si Converted - IL

1997 Civic EX - CLEAN TITLE - Central, IL
130K on the body
Has power sunroof and power windows/locks
FULL 99 Civic Si Conversion from wrecked Si with 68K at time of swap 90K current miles
Si motor
Si tranny
Si ECU
Si Seats
Si Cluster
Si airbox
Si exhaust from the manifold back (no fart can sorry)
Si Brakes
Si Wheels with brand new BFG tires
Si Spoiler
Has an Sony cd headunit with wire ran for ipod and a Viper Alarm
Only mods are suspension and its dropped about 2" on Eibach springs but rides nice. . Idles great, doesn't smoke, VTEC hits nicely. Has a few minor scuffs on body (rear bumper and lip), nothing major what so ever. Just put a brand new windshield on it becuase the old one had a crack. Just buffed and waxed it and it looks great, just has a couple scuffs as mentioned on the rear bumper. Other than that its very clean.
AC blows ICE COLD
Cruise control works great
What it needs:
Honda badge for trunk
Someone to drive it!
$5000 firm with rotas, or $5200 with both sets of rims (pic to follow, they're on the car right now)
Essentially this is a 99 civic si, but if it were really a 99 si the price would be closer to $7,000, therefore the price is $5700. It is what it is. Find me a real Si with 90K this nice for $5500. Plus being titled as an EX your insurance if you choose to have full coverage will be about half that of an Si. Its not like the Si is a Yenko Camaro in terms of collectability so who cares if its not a real Si... Plus the car gets around 28mpg driving the crap out of it, 33mpg on the highway

No love for a complete Si clone? Call your insurance co and see the difference between insuring a 97EX vs. 99Si... For me it was 130/mo for full coverage on this car vs. 190/mo for an Si and I'm in a smaller town where theft isn't big..

Bump, not sure whats going on with the trade, have something else in mind if that falls through so looking for a sale in the meantime!!! Price drop in original post to $5500!

I'll give you $3k for it cash w/o the rotas. It is still not a true Si, it's just a clone. let me know. You can either sit on it and hope someone will buy a cloned si or take my offer. I have the money in hand.
