im planning on gettin a set of portflow inner springs and ITR outter springs ...also portflow ti-retainers while my head is out.Are they ne site that show me step by step how to change the valve srpings & retainers? and also has ne one upgraded there retainers and did it themselfs????

just wanted to do it now since the head is out .....i wanted to know how hard is it and what tools is needed to install some new valve springs and put some new retainers on.
