Default OBDII JDM H22/91 OBDI Accord EX. Why different dizzy and injectors

I have read on some websites, specifically cb7tuner that if you are putting an OBDII H22 into a 91 accord or any OBDI accord that you have to get a different distributor and use the injectors off of the accord. I was wondering why ? The reason that I ask is that the dizzy on the F22 was internal coil as is the one on the OBDII H22 and everything plugs up just fine. On the injectors I was wondering why you cant just use the OBDII H22 injectors ? Is it a voltage thing ?

We have the motor in but when we try to start it it will run for litterally a second and then die. We had one successful start that lasted untill we turned it off but nothing since. The car cranks and seems to be getting spark but seems like it is quickly getting starved for fuel.

Also could this short starting be attributed to a MAP hooked up the wrong way ? If anyone could tell me what MAP pins to to what ECU pin that would be great. I know they are D17 D19 D21 on ecu.

I'm not certain but I remember reading on some H22 threads about a resistor box that is inline with the Injectors. Maybe search around and see if you can dig anything up.

In the case of using the stock F22 injectors will the stock resistor box need to be used ? I have the one from the H22 and the F22. I will keep looking and thank you for the help.

if you have multimeter you can check the injectors

2-3 ohm's you need a resistor box

10 ohm's or higher you dont need a resistor box
