if so, will it work well?? I have all skunk2 valvetrain and stage 2 cams...

That ECU might give you a check engine light because it won't detect the secondary runner control that the GSR engine has and the B16 doesn't. So I'm gonna say no, it probably won't work. Other than that one problem, it should run the B16 fine as far as fueling and ignition maps go... There are some minor other details too..
The best possible combination would be to get a PR3 or PWO ECU if your car was originally ODB0, or a P28 or P30 if your car was originally OBD1. Either will run that B16 fine with some possible minor wiring changes/additions, I don't quite remember...
