Having problems connecting OBDII scan tool software to 99 Civic Ex
Hey guys, any help is appreciated.
I can't seem to get my laptop based scan tool software to connect to my 99 Civic Ex (D16Y8). The software / cable (serial with USB-to-serial adapter) has worked fine on other cars (Toyota Tercel, Corolla, etc).
I've checked the fuses, they seem fine. What else could it be? Can I check the output on the OBDII connector using a DVM somehow?
