93 civic sedan, 5spd, d15b7. car will sometimes start, and sometimes wont. for the most part, it will not. only time i can usually get it to start is in the afternoon when its been in the heat all day. however, we are in the dead "cold" of winter in texas. so our last days of heat are passing. spark plugs were replaced, oil and trans fluid, wires, and battery is still good. it seems like it will only start after something in the motor clicks. it was also fine before the hurricane hit, and the inside passanger side had about 2 inches on water on the floor. does anyone have any ideas before i just start ripping things apart and replacing things?
