my h22a has been having starting problems. and a surging idle... I blocked the iacv and fixed the idle but not the starting. that being said I found a hose under the intake manifold that was split and disconnected from this little plastic computer looking thing that I believe is the air start valve.

I don't have time to replace it at the moment... could that be the issue?
