Where can i get free wiring diagrams

Where can i get free wiring diagrams
I have a short in my circuit for the climate control and blower motor. The blower motor and climate controls are still on even after i take out the key and I hear a whining noice from under the dash that sounds like a relay. I've been searching for wiring diagrams but can't find any. Also, any info you can give on where to look to fix the problem will be appreciated. I have a '96 Accord Lx.
