whate are the rails for?

 

There are no rails, those are just mounts for the seats. You can buy the mount for your car and directly bolt the seats in or connect them to sliders and then mount them.

 

so those are the ones with the bottom holes for the seat bolts?

 

how far are you willing to travel to meet?

 

No you still need to buy the specific mounts for your car, those black things on the bottom connect the seat to the mounts or they connect to sliders that connect to the mounts.
