Please Advise - I'm Hot!!

What is causing the fuse to to the a/c condensor motor to blow out? Both fuse and condensor motor were replaced a few weeks ago and now the fuse is blowing out again. Help!! Thanks

is your ground connected properly? are there any 2 wires touching?

Heater and or fan do not work, fuse is blown, when I replace it, the fuse pops.
