I have a 1994 phantom grey hatchcrap. My driverside door has some extensive damage. Should I look for another door from a junkyard or can I get a new door "skin" from Honda?

Plan on doing bodywork/new paint within the next few months..

 

It's a lot of work doing a skin..

I would just get a diffrent door.

 

Is it a pain in the *** putting the skin on?

 

if youve never done one i wouldnt recommend it.

 

Maybe buy the skin and have a body shop install it. Take the old one off at home to reduce the labour cost at the shop.

 

I'm guessing it needs to be welded on. I'll see if I can find a door at a junkyard. Thanks guys.

 

Junkyard would be you best bet. Or a local forum, find someone who is parting out a car.
