Default trap speed vs top speed

if someone is flying through the traps at 110mph, how could one determine the actual top speed at the end of the 1/4 mile mark?

Trap speed is an estimate of speed passing through the last 66 feet of the 1/4 mile.

Im not too sure what your getting at. Usually when I would trap at about 93 I would look at my speedo and it would say roughly 98-99 at the 1/4 marker. Although my speedometer (most all) is off a bit due to the wrong tire sizing--maybe only 2 mph for every 100.
