does anyone know where i coul move my nozzels to to get them off the hood

 

If you are trying to shave the hood, you can make new hoses to go along the length of the wiper arms and squirt fluid directly onto the windshield via the wiper arm, this will take a little southern engineering, should not be difficult.

Something along the line of a garden hose that waters the entire flower bed by leaking through the entire length of the garden hose.

 

You could mount them to the plastic shield which covers the Air Intake Plenum, just in front of the windshield. Care will have to be taken with not only properly aiming them, but the washer hoses that feed them will need to be carefully routed to avoid any interference with the wiper transmissions.
And then there's the issue of snow / ice build-up, but then again I wouldn't think that too much of a consideration in Kentucky
