Where to look for rebuilt motors

Where to look for rebuilt motors
I live in the Portland Oregon area....does anyone know of someone trust worthy that sells rebuilt 1.5L motors... If not in the area, what about on-line and having it shipped... I have a 88 civic..... This is the first time I am thinking about swapping a motor so please excuse my limited knowledge.... thx
