I was just wondering if on stock JDM R's, if their side blinkers were on when you turn your headlights on, and blink when you turn your signal, or are they off, and blink when you turn your signal. Also, are the fogs supposed to be on when you turn on your headlights? Any info appreciated. Thanks.

 

stock jdm R's, they stay on, and remain on/do not flash, etc.

one the parking lights on, they are on. like a parking light.

 

are you sure JDM R's are like that? I always thought that they only light up when you are signaling?
Nevertheless, that's how I wired mine up to be to be how a real sidemarker should be... it should only blink when I'm signaling..otherwise, it's always off.

 

What about the fog lights? those yellow lights...isnt there supposed to be a switch for them to be turned on? the body shop wired mine so when i turn my headlights on, the yellow fog lights turn on as well.

 

There should be a switch for the fogs. Obviously they didn't have a switch to wire it to so they just wired it how they did....
