Which resonator or cat?
Currently my exhaust is a bit too loud. Did a search and seems like most people are recommending a glasspack.
My setup is, 2.5" piping, megan header, megan test pipe, no resonator, es oval muffler. Would a resonator be enough to make it more stock sounding?

i have a B16A swap like everyone else but i got it cammed out with a whole new valvetrain and other small mods, my exhaust is a dc 4-1 header, 2 yonaka resonnators and a yonaka s pipe and muffler, it helps a little but my car is still loud as hell the best result would be to get the resonator and a smaller muffler like the noir, or ws or ws2 they are nice looking after market mufflers that i have used and liked with very pleasing results.
the cat will definitely help a lot.

Yah, I went in to get a resonator. It did the job very well. I went with a generic version at some random shop. Quick fix for now to avoid getting pulled over. Can't wait till I can buy another car so I put this one on blocks and work on it in my spare time.
YEAH,YEAH, YEAHHHHH!! thats all there is to it yo!!! lol
