where is the egr vacuum solenoid located on a 1992 accord lx?

 

How many more new threads are you planning to start on this one problem?
When the ifno gets scattered thru several posts, it may hinder your getting solid diagnostic info.

To answer your question; The control solenoid is in the box on the fire wall.
You can follow the vacum line back to it. If you want to try to clean it out use brake clean, because carb cleaner may melt/soften the plastic.
That solenoid vents and switches the vacum.

I'll just assume you followed the advice of Mr Yamadas post?
