hey i have a 95 civic dx and want bigger injectors. i have heard that you can put dsm injectors in there but need to do something to get the idle right can anyone help with this

 

why do you want bigger injectors in a dx?

 

why would a DX 1.5L need bigger injectors for 102 hp when the same injectors will fuel a 195 hp ITR motor with ease?

 

i got dsm 450cc injectors in my VX but thats cuz i gotta turbo...anyways to answer ur question...u can use stock o-ring and it fits with a bit of squeeze...but u would want that or else u'll have gas covered intake. but yeah these guys are rite...why u need them? more fuel in ur stock DX will actually slow the car down due to it being too rich.

 

ur not going to get any better performance from larger injectors..maybe ull lose some..if u think ur not getting enough fuel..clean out ur fuel system..and u need more fuel regulator..then fuel pump...but hold off on the injectors till more serious mods are consider d..like 12 lb boost /NOS
