......yea, i was going to drive to Va. tomorrow to trade my gsr in for the PY R they had, but i called today and they said they sold it 2 days ago Im having too much trouble selling my gsr, and i wanna trade. Does anyone know of any other dealerships on the east coast that has a PY ITR?

yes, the one you posted.... i spoke with shams and told him you sent me. He is on vacation this week...

i was suppose to go down last saturday and trade, but i ran into problems with the installation of my stock struts/springs

 

Dont sweat it man...they dicked us on a car that was being held as well.

1hr before we go in there at the appt to finalize everything, I get a phone call...
"Nick? Yeah man, uh, I think we sold the car...someone is coming in 20min to pick it up."

After I explained to him and reminded him his words of "the car is not moving", he told me that its not his fault, and that the dealership cant help it if someone "comes in offering more money for the car. They care about the profit...they dont care about..." he paused.

I interjected with "me? they dont care about me. Basically, they dont care about the customer. Am I right Shams?"

"...yes."

So dont feel too bad man.

And to Pohanka and Shams??? I would love for this thread to be a warning to never deal with these assclowns. Never mind the techs who were talking about the GSR with a red valve cover being an "R motor"

i was affraid of driving 5 hours, and them offering me practically nothing for my car, and getting screwed over. Im thinking of selling it on ebay now, just a thought though. I have R fever bad.
Hopefully ill find a better deal somewhere else. I dont care to deal with dealerships anyway. Shams told me they were asking $23,900...with 35k miles.

 

How much did they offer on the trade-in?

Their asking prices were ridiculous from what I had seen, but Im sure you can bargain with them...they are open to negotiations ya know, even when a car "isnt for sale" to anyone

they hadnt offered anything yet....when i called today to speak with shams, i was gonna talk to him about what they were gonna offer me, but he was on vacation. And after speaking with another salesman, i found out it had been sold and that was it. I guess you are right, it wasnt meant to be.

 

I had a terrible experience with Pohanka's bodyshop in MD.
