The car is currently in Santa Barbara, CA; but I make fairly regular trips to Orange County and can arrange delivery in central/southern CA for a fee.
I have for sale a very nice 2000 Volvo S70 T5 with an automatic transmission. It has approximately 126k miles (still driving it daily), is in excellent mechanical condition, the tan leather and dark walnut interior is a 9/10 and the nautic blue pearl exterior is around an 8/10. I am the second owner of the car, have all the maintenance records since it was new, all owners manuals, and the original window sticker (nearly $40k.). This car is loaded with leather, computer-controlled automatic transmission, sunroof, wood trim, automatic dual-zone climate control, power everything, dolby 5.1 surround stereo w/ 8 speakers, rubber trunk liner, rubber floormats (i have the original plush carpet mats still new in the plastic), self dimming rearview mirror, OEM Volvo snow chains (never used) and much more. Must see to fully appreciate!
I have upgraded the car as follows.
3" Stainless Downpipe (with smog-legal, CARB-approved Magnaflow hi-flow catalytic converter)
2.5" stainless Cat-back exhaust (not too loud)
K&N performance air-filter
H&R Sport springs (less than 1000 miles on them)
Monroe Sensatrac Shocks (less than 1000 miles, better than factory ride)
OMP steel strut tower brace
ProSport electronic boost/vacuum gauge
Speed Tunging Stage 2 ECU tune
AEM UEGO Wideband air/fuel meter
B&M Automatic Transmission cooler
All-aluminum bar & plate front-mount intercooler (FMIC)
New brake rotors and pads all around
BF Goodrich Traction t/a all-season performance tires (less than 5k miles on them)
Blacked out front grill w/ chrome slash and edges
shaved "Volvo" and "S70" emblem (I just left the small 'T5' badge, it looks much cleaner)
As you can see, Kelly Blue Book values this car at $5900 in "Good" condition.

This car is somewhere between "Good" and "Excellent," and has well over $5500 in performance upgrades and recent maintenance.
From the factory this car produced 236bhp. With the upgrades I have performed the car currently has is the range of 280-300bhp, and well over 300ft-lbs of torque. I have never taken it to a track and never "street raced" the car, but it should have no problem running a high 13 second ET in the 1/4 mile at around 100mph. It also rides and handles much better than it did when stock (especially with worn out 100k mile shocks). I maintain my car religiously, and all scheduled maintenance has been performed at Swedemasters (local volvo/saab specialist) since I have owned the car, and at the volvo dealership before I owned it. Being an 8-yeard old car, there are some scuffs and scratches, however there are no dents and absolutely zero rust. The car gets about 27mpg on the hwy, and high teens in the city (I am currently averaging 21mpg, which is not bad for a car with as much power as it has). This is a true European sport touring sedan and it eats up miles on the freeway with ease in great comfort and will run all day at 80mph+.
I love this car to death, but I can't afford to keep it and a new BMW. Please email me at rportwood@me.com or call 949-510-4581 for more pictures/more information. I AM OPEN TO REASONABLE OFFERS AND WANT THIS CAR SOLD ASAP!!!

PS: I know the economy is slow, but don't expect me to take your $2500 offer seriously. This car was nearly $40k when new and even at my asking price a mechanically inclined person could make a profit by dismantling the car and selling the parts. Car is sold as-is.
