So my ITR spoiler has a LED brake light. it has 2 wires. Black and red wires.. so when i cut the wires off my old Spoiler.. do i just re wire the black one from my spoiler to the black wire from the harness in the trunk. And same with the red wire?

Yes, and if the LEDs don't light up, try reversing the connections.
